I.    A 2- 3 page wrtiten scenario of the project requirements.

II.  A detailed list fo project specifications or a rapid prototype; for the object approach a set of USE Case Scenarios will suffice.

III. A suitable design document
       Either
       A. a sequence of Data Flow Diagrams
       or
       B. a set of Class Diagrams , a set of sequence diagrams , a Collaboration Diagram, Object Interaciton diagram, State Transition Diagram and a Package Diagram

IV. A complete set of pseudo code or design layout( Structure Charts)  for detailed design.

V.  The code implementations with reasonable documentation

VI. A set of test cases and testing strategies

VII.  Input/Output layout or I/O forms samples . GUI screen layouts where appropriate.

VIII. A 2 page summary ot the porject detailing enhancements , corrections, changes etc. necessary to make it more useful, or functional , or portable etc. In other words,
        how can the project be made better.

IX.  A page describing the dates and times , the amount of time , the members present, and the particular purpose of each team meeting. In other words a log file
       for team meetings and subsequent decisions.

X.  All of the above in the order given placed in a suitable folder or bound in a suitable fashion with a title sheet with:
